Easter Hunt Competition - April 2022

Terms and Conditions


URBAG Ltd, a limited company by shares and registered in England and Wales with number 12027123, whose registered office is at Kemp House, 160 City Road EC1V2NX London (‘ the Organizing Company’), organises, from the 11th April 2022 to the 16th April inclusive, a Easter Hunt Competition ('Competition'), with no obligations to purchase necessary to enter the competition, subject to the below terms and conditions, and accessible from the page @weareurbag from the social media platform Instagram:

The winner of the Competition will win a £54.50 voucher to be used on from URBAG Ltd, the Organizing Company. This product will be represented by a picture published on The Organiser Instagram page.  


Prior to any participation in the Easter Hunt Competition each Instagram user must read and fully accept these Competition rules. Anyone who violates one or more of the articles of these rules will be deprived of the opportunity to participate in the Competition, but also of the gain that he could possibly have won.


3.1 Participation in the Competition is open from April 11th, 2022, 3pm London Time, to April 16thth, 2022, 11:59 p.m. London time, the date and time of the entry from the players will be recorded by the computer systems of the Organizing Company and / or its technical service providers.

The  Competition is accessible 24 hours a day on the Instagram social network page, administered by the Organizing Company, without prejudice to any maintenance undertaken on the servers on which the Competition is hosted.

Access to the Competition is possible from a computer, mobile phone or tablet, equipped with an internet connection.

3.2 Participation in the Competition is open to any adult residing in Great Britain, with Internet access, excluding:

- corporate officers and staff of the Organizing Company, or companies that participated in the creation and / or promotion of the Competition, as well as members of their families (and in particular spouses, ascendants, descendants, brothers and sisters ...);

- participants refusing the collection, recording and use of personal information concerning them.

The participant authorizes all verifications with regards to his identity. The participation of minors in the Competition is subject to parental authorization. The Organizing Company reserves the right to verify this authorization at all stages of the Competition.

3.3 By virtue of his participation alone, the winner authorizes the Organizing Company to use his name, first name, pseudonym and image in any promotional operation relating to its products, without this use being able to give rise to any right to remuneration.

3.4 Any breach of these Rules or unfair or fraudulent attitude of the participant results in the immediate cancellation of his participation, by the Organizing Company, at any time. The Organizing Company reserves the right to verify the identity and loyalty and sincerity of each participant, by directly asking the participant for justification of the aforementioned conditions. Any winner refusing to justify these conditions will not be able to benefit from his win.

He must, where applicable, reimburse the prize sent to him as part of the Competition; this reimbursement must be sent to the organizing company.



  1. To participate, the Internet user who meets the conditions listed in Article 3 of these Rules must go to the Instagram application, from his tablet or smartphone. Then, he must find the page of the Organizing Company of the Instagram social network, entitled "weareurbag" and accessible at the address and become a fan of this page by clicking on the "Follow" button at the top.

  2. Then, the participant must find the three (3) Easter eggs hidden on the Organizing Company's website and DM the Organizing Company their answers through on the Organizing Company's Instagram page or send a screenshot of their answers.

  3. The message must not contain inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortuous, pornographic, violent or defamatory content, which the participant guarantees. In addition, the participant guarantees that all the elements transmitted do not contain content promoting sectarianism, racism, hatred or violence towards a group or a person, the promotion of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.

  4. Once the answers are sent, if they unsubscribe from the Instagram page of the Organizing Company, their participation is not taken into account. The participant must accept that the Organizing Company can access their Instagram profile for the strict needs of the Competition, so that they can proceed with the draw.


5.1 Each prize is not exchangeable for other prizes, or their value in checks or cash, nor refundable. It cannot be attributed to anyone other than the winner.

The Organizing Company draws the name of the winner of the day's prize at random from among the participants on April 16th 10am, London time.

5.2 In addition, the participant accepts that his/her identity is disclosed by the Organizing Company, for the communication relating to his/her  Competition, on his/her website, his/her Facebook page and his/her Instagram page.

At the end of the Competition, the winner will be contacted by the Organizing Company by a tag and by private message on their Instagram account. The winner must then respond to the Organizing Company, justifying that he/she holds the said account and requesting the information required to obtain the prize, including his email address and postal address.

The prize will be sent to the winner by the Organizing Company only according to the information he will then have declared to the Organizing Company and according to the terms communicated to the Organizing Company, by email.

If the winner does not respond within one week of sending the email, their prize will be forfeited.


The photography, the products photographed and the names of the products and / or its distributors are protected by intellectual property rights. The Organizing Company is either the holder or the licensee of these intellectual property rights. Under no circumstances the participant is authorized to use these rights outside of the authorization granted under these Rules.


For the participants, duly registered, accessing the  Competition from Great Britain via a modem and by means of a telephone line billed according to the time spent - i.e. excluding Internet subscriptions and packages including or offering the costs of communication - the connection costs incurred for participation in the Competition, namely the connection cost and the price of the communication per minute, will be reimbursed to the participation at the British Telecom low-speed internet rate in force, and this on the basis of three (3) minutes per participant. However, any player who can prove connection costs greater than the aforementioned limit may be reimbursed, subject to justifying real costs and on the basis of the supporting documents listed below:

(1) Full name and postal address,

(2) Entry and Exist date and time of the Competition,

(3) a copy of the first page of their Internet access contract, indicating in particular their identity, the name of their Internet provider,

(4) Bank Account details with Full name and address,

(5) a copy of the detailed invoice from the telecom operator, specifying and / or highlighting the date and time of connection to the site or to Instagram, and more particularly the entry and exit times of the Competition.

The Organizing Company keeps in memory temporarily and within the legal limits, the dates and times of entry and exit of the Competition.

Participants are informed that, in the current state of service and technical offers, certain Internet service providers offer a flat-rate connection to Internet users, all access to the Competition being carried out on a flat-rate basis ( such as connection by cable or ADSL) can not give rise to any reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the services of the access provider is in this case contracted by the participant for his use of the Internet in general and that the fact for the participant to connect to the site or to Instagram and to participate in the Competition does not cause him any additional costs. Any photocopying costs incurred for any reimbursement request will be reimbursed, on the basis of £ 0.05 including tax (five pounds cents) per photocopy, upon simple written request included in the reimbursement request. Photocopying costs for any document unrelated to participation in the Competition will not be reimbursed.

Postal charges incurred for the reimbursement request will be reimbursed at the 2nd class rate in force upon simple written request appearing in the reimbursement request. The reimbursement request must be made no later than ninety (90) calendar days after participation in the Competition .

Any request for reimbursement of participation fees in the Competition will be sent by post exclusively, to the following address:

The reimbursement request will be processed on average within three (3) months, by bank transfer.

Any request not including all of the elements referred to above, sent after the date mentioned above (postmark as proof), illegible, with incorrect contact details or not respecting the conditions above, will be automatically rejected and will not receive a response.


To participate, the participant must necessarily provide personal information about him (Instagram pseudonym). Personal information collected in the context of this Competition is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. The personal data that participants communicate in the context of the competition are mainly intended for the Organizing Company for the purposes of managing entries, for determining the winners and for the allocation and delivery of prizes. All participants have, in application of this law, a right of access, opposition, modification, and deletion relating to the data concerning them which they can exercise by sending a written request, signed and accompanied by the photocopy of an identity document, by post, to the company URBAG Ltd, c/o Scratch Hub, Battersea Arts Centre, Lavender Hill, London SW11 5TN.


9.1 The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, shorten or extend the Competition, if circumstances beyond its control require it. It would warn participants as soon as possible and could not incur any responsibility for this fact.

The Organizing Company accepts no liability in the event of a technical incident preventing the participant's connection or resulting in the loss, delay or sending to the winner's wrong address.

In any case, the Organizing Company is not responsible for the delay in sending the prize (s) or in the event of it being impossible for the winner to benefit from the prize (s) for circumstances beyond of its control. In particular, it cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible in the event of loss and / or deterioration of the prize (s) by the Post Office or any similar third-party service provider, and more generally if the winners do not receive their price.

9.2 In the event that a comment posted by a participant would be, according to the Organizing Company, contrary to the law or likely to shock the sensitivity, the latter reserves the right to modify it and to initiate any action against his author.

9.3 The Competition is not managed or sponsored by Instagram. The information communicated by each participant is provided to the Organizing Company and not to Instagram. This information will only be used if the participant has agreed to receive newsletters from the Organizing Company. By participating, the participant validates a complete discharge from Instagram. The Instagram company cannot be held responsible for the Competition.



These Rules are governed by British law and interpreted in accordance with the provisions thereof.

If one or more provisions of these Rules were declared null or inapplicable, the other clauses would retain all their force and scope.

Any dispute concerning the interpretation and / or cases not provided for in these regulations will be settled by the Organizing Company, whose decisions will be final and without appeal. No telephone request relating to the terms of the Competition or the interpretation of these rules will be answered.

Disputes which cannot be settled amicably, despite the efforts made by the Parties, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Justice of London, even for emergency or conservatory proceedings, in summary proceedings or by request, and notwithstanding plurality of Defendants or warranty claim.

No dispute will be admissible two (2) months after the end of the Competition.
